We are happy to offer anyone interested in getting physically fit a free class so that you can see that we are the best program available to help you meet your goals before signing up. We offer three different classes so here is a brief description of each one so you can see what most interests you.
Boot Camp – These classes are often organized into circuits and are good for any fitness level. Boot camp training helps student increase strength while also improving their cardiovascular endurance.
Bag Class – These classes are based around bag work but they also have a variety of other activities thrown in to keep things fresh and exciting every class.
MMAXOUT – These are the most intense classes we offer. Depending on the week the format can be circuit based, strength training or intense cardio. For those that are serious about getting into elite physical condition, this is the place to be.
